My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you shed some light on where to get the hardware for the bottom cafe curtain? Thank you!

    The hardware is from Trend or Fabricut - new cafe line inside mounted.

    I remove the cafe curtains in the summer to enjoy the deck flowers. Being inside mounted the support brackets are minimal and somewhat hidden.
