My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you provide some information on the window shades? The appear to be roller shades hung upside down. Brand? Model? Much appreciated

    They are called Bottom up Blinds and can be found at a few blind/shade specialty company's. They are great for wanting to keep in the beautiful nature view and keep out the lookie loo's

    I've I've been looking for something like this for my beach cottage. I'm sick of cafe curtains, however I need the privacy on the bottom of the window. I wonder how you like them...
