We would like to move our laundry upstairs. Current Master is weird shaped with a 18'10 x 13'2 configuration, with an en suite closet walkway to bathroom and an additional 8 x 8 dressing area/reading room nook around corner with another walk in closet.

Have option to carve out laundry room to be accessed from hallway and leave master 13'2 x 13 10 + 8 x 8 nook around corner, or to convert the dressing area/reading room -- but laundry would only be accessed through the master. Thoughts on both design options and or resale impact of a decision either way?
