My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    When Staging simplicity is the key! I love this house, too. When selecting this color I took my cues from the warm wood floors found throughout the first floor. The natural light flooding the room allowed me to select a deep shade to pop against the crisp, white trim. It is Sherwin Williams Universal Khaki (SW6150). Check back as I'll be posting more from this house and other Successful Stagings!

    Hello, Lisa! This dining table is from World Market. It has a timeless quality which made it perfect for this house. It's slightly more narrow which is an asset in a long, narrow room. The benches were part of the line but the end chairs were purchased separately. I'm sorry, I don't recall where we picked them up. I'm always looking for just the right piece wherever I go!
