My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I believe the floor is poured concrete that been cut and stained....I have done that and achieved a similar look. Breath taking views are complemented by the beautiful interior.

      I have an appreciation for modern, but it usually is not my thing. But...this house is breathtaking! I think the use of all the natural elements brings a traditional bent to it that makes it very warm. The wood plank ceiling and the stone floor to ceiling fireplace facade....if I were to do modern, this would be it! Love it! Bravo!
