My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need help on renovating double ceiling height living hall

It's a double ceiling height living hall. Appreciate helps on renovating it with fabulous pendant lighting to utilize the big air space on top of the living hall space!

    Big gripe with such spaces is heat rising in winter. Recommend fans with reversible blades to push heat down in Winter. Example only
