I've attached a couple of pictures which I hope will help.

I'd like convert the laundry room/storage area into a mudroom with washer/dryer and 3/4 bath Currently behind the laundry room (8X5) is a storage room that is 8X10. I would like to move the washer and dryer maybe do a stackable one or front loading so I can have counterspace on top.

I also am planning on removing half the wall between kitchen and LR. Keeping the oven range where it is but removing upper cabinets and wall. I'd like to keep sink where it is and oven but the refrigerator could move (currently it is next to the wall into laundry room.

I am attaching pictures.. I have tried using some app's on my IPAD and also drawing with tracing paper but am not having any luck. Thanks if anyone has any ideas on a layout for the mudroom/laundry room/3/4 bath. .
