Design thoughts.....thinking about taking this built in pantry out and replacing with either a built in microwave wall oven unit, or just top and bottom cabinets with countertop for more space. (I'm getting granite countertops). Not worried about lost of pantry space because I intend to put a pantry unit in where I had a desk before. Want to open up the kitchen so about 2 feet will come off the left side of the pantry wall. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions????
