How to have an overall idea of the floor plans before buying them?

I also would like to know the sf of the house. We live in Turkey and my sister is checking house plans for her new house. Do you sell the floor plans? If you do, do we directly have to buy the plans before seeing any sketchings and measurements room by room. She needs to see if the plan is okay for her requirements. How do you do it ? Thanks.
