My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The galvanized steel fence looks beautiful and is giving enough privacy to the house.The only question that has been going through my mind is that how many years is it going to last ?Will it be as shining as new over the passing years or will the rust take over and then how will it have to be treated to make it looking new again.

      In Arizona galvanized metal generally doesn't rust; the sheen reduces slightly after a couple years, which in some cases is desirable (it's less reflective). In a more humid climate rust could be a concern.
