That looks to be glass. Any glass shop that can do shower doors and such can provide and install one of those. The back is usually frosted and then painted any color you choose though usually not by the glass installer.

Hello,

We actually outsource this to a glass fabricator who is local to our area to fabricate and install. If you're looking to do something similar, I highly recommend going that route. We work with R&D Glass.

When we specify a backsplash like this, we give the dimensions that we're looking to cover and pick out the exact paint color we're looking to use, and provide this to the local glass fabricator, who then creates the pieces and installs them.
