If you do lots of entertaining then a warming drawer might be worth the investment, otherwise the double oven would be sufficient.

My warming drawer came with the stove otherwise I would have never thought to buy one. However they are very handy when you are cooking a huge multi course meal or a simple meal for a lot of people. Use occasionally for spouse and me.

Love mine. My family has a crazy schedule, so it's nice to make dinner once and keep it warm for everyone. Also nice when entertaining. That being said, I only have one oven, so your second oven could be used for the same purpose if you're not using it on a daily basis. Also consider placement. I'm not a fan of warming drawers at the very bottom of cabinets. Having it at "serving level" seems more user friendly. Best of luck.

I have two ovens in our new house and also in our previous house. I prefer that to investing in a warming drawer, but everyone has their own priorities and space considerations. At holidays and family get togethers it's great having two ovens. Good luck.

I have one I use when multiple courses are on the menu.

I love having a warming drawer. You can keep food in there for hours and it maintains the proper heat and moisture levels so it doesn't dry out. When family members eat at different times that's very useful. Also great for cooking dishes in advance for company and not having to worry about leaving them out and then figuring out how much to warm them up in the oven or microwave. Microwaves make things mushy, and ovens dry them out. I would recommend getting a warming drawer..

I HAD to have one - it holds my bread baskets. . . Used it once. But I think it will be great for re-sale.
