My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the color of the stain used on the floor? Is the species red oak?

      That certainly looks like Red Oak with a traditional brown stain, probably mixed on site. The results are great! Let me know if you have any flooring questions. joel@oakandbroad.com

      Love this room! I have the memoirs elongated toilet. My counter is also 23 inches. I am deciding between an oval under-mount and the Memoirs rectangular under-mount sink. Was there a reason to go with the oval? Looks
