The first floor renovation that Brandon Diem designed was so beautiful and efficient. Detail seems to be one of his high priorities, and it shows in the rave reviews received by our neighbors. I worked with Brandon on a Hingham addition/remodel that he designed. I was sub contracted by EKC Construction Management to build several custom built-in cabinetry projects. A mudroom bench with cubbies, large home office, creative master bedroom built-ins and an extremely challenging curved kitchen banquette. I was grateful for the opportunity to bring Brandon's designs to life. He was extremely detailed and was responsive when I had questions about the designs. We were very happy with 1 plus 1. We renovated a South End loft and they designed a completely new layout for a 2,700 sqft space, and did the bathrooms and the kitchen. Brandon clearly understood what we wanted to achieve and had great innovative ideas of how to make it the ideal space for our needs. The kitchen cabinets are fantastic. All custom, high end quality and a very good price. We shopped with others but nobody else could deliver the same value.
