My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those are a grey wood floor. Grey wood flooring has been on an upwards trend last few years. This can also be a brownish grey floor which is also popular & easy to find at any local flooring showroom.

    seaside, Those are oak floors that have a gray finish applied. Typically this floor would be made with Red Oak. The floor in the picture looks site finished since I can not see any bevel lines in the picture. Let me know if you have any other flooring questions. joel@oakandbroad.com

    Just for the sake of being "contrary"... I'd suggest prefinished White Oak, wire-brushed with a two stage stain process... but I'm new at this (only 37 years).
    Attached a similar item... different color & finish style obviously, but same basic concept.
