My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This looks similar to the belt-operated Brewmaster by Fanimation, but without the belt.

    The Brewmaster is a fun fan, most definitely, but is more for style than cooling. It will make a light breeze, but not with the power of a traditionally operated fan. I can't say for this fan exactly, but I would hazard a guess it would perform similarly.
