My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love this house. How much space is there between the back of the chairs and the sofa? Between the back of the chairs and the island ?

    Thank you for the question. There is approximately 2metres between the table and kitchen island and approximately 1.1metres between the back of the lounge and table.

    Looks good but is that tight for moving between the lounge and table to get to the hall on the left? We are doing a sofa 1.3 metres from an island with stools and are worried when people are on stools it will be hard to get by to get through to go out the back door ( which would be located where your hall is on the left) .

    1.3 meters is plenty of space. especially if there is room to tuck your stools underneath the kitchen island when they are not being used.
