My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    its oak floor, and it was somewhat reclaimed to match the old wood in the other room, I am not sure the stain color

    Remember an engineered floor and a solid 3/4" should still look the same once installed if they are both site finished.
