We are remodelling part of our basement. In the half we are reworking, we would like a craft space, a small kitchenette that can accommodate a bar fridge, sink and microwave, a 3 piece bath, a work out space that accommodate a punching bag, treadmill & rowing machine, and small play space for the kids. I know that is a TALL order, but any input would be appreciated. The plans are below. Note, the area to the left of the drain currently contains a large bath installed by the previous owners. We'd like to keep plumbing where it is if possible, but am willing to change. The other half contains a large home theatre and cold room.
