Can you put up a pic of the space? My first reaction would be to suggest custom cabinets or surrounds for the speakers. On Houzz I found a great ideabook for hidden speakers: http://www.houzz.com/hidden-speakers. Since yours are tall, you could incorporate them into a minimalist bookcase or in a cabinet that also can store other audio equipment.

Thank you for the suggestion, my house is still under construction so I don't really have pictures of the final layout. The room size is around 5.7m x 4m. It is quite small hence I want a minimalist design. I love the idea of incorporating it into a book shelf...

I will definitely post pics of my house when it is complete, a lot of inspiration was taken from houzz, but on a much smaller budget! :)
