What to do here?

Ok people, im having problems to design this bedroom here. We worked out for 3 times, and never works. The space is too tiny and we need places to put every kind of thing (cause everything becomes a mess since we put everything on the table).
I use the table to study, but always have to put the things together before sitting. Was thinking about shelves at the walks, but they let the things full of powder.
Having kind a dilemma here. What to do?

Cane baskets are good for organising things on shelves and look great! Are you able to put doors on your shelves?

Is that a walk in robe we can see into in the first pic? Can you take more pics in there and post? Perhaps you have more storage options in there

I hate to say this but purging is the best solution. Two years ago my boyfriend and I moved to a new state where the apartments are much smaller than we were acustom to. As a result we had to go through our belonging and part with about 50 percent of what we owned. If you dont use it get rid of it.

I really like the basket idea. And i am able to make doors on the storage. Sounds great!!

A closed armoire would be the solution for the computer area. It's going to be messy, but at least you can "hide" the clutter so you can sleep. : )

For the other bookcase clutter...at least get some bookcases with frosted doors so you can hide some of the stuff so you can feel some sort of "zen" sleep.

Purge the clothes closet and give clean wearable clothing to Good Will or another charity.

I bet a lot of the text books are out of date. Get rid of every book that you are not using for class or reference. There are inexpensive mounts to raise the bed and you can then store season items under there. Don't study in bed, if that is what your doing.

I'd get the TV out of the bedroom.

Purge is a good way. But i can understand, these stuff maybe are all useful, you do not want to get rid of any of them. Here is my advise, Bookshelf on the wall:

Oh Bruno. You've gotta whole lotta stuff going on there. As above, purge. At the very least, organize like with like. It looks like you could use a 3 drawer dresser under the TV. Fold what clothes you can in that. You can still use the top for a router, printer, whatever. Get an over the door hook (with the hook on your bedroom side) for 3 hangers that have your go-to jackets. Get matching storage baskets for the top shelf of your closet (ones that have a little place to slide in a paper label.) Put your non-daily essential things in those. Keepsakes, travel cups, things you use on outings with friends. The nightstand looks pretty useless in terms of space. Get two rolling carts with drawers, put one beside the desk and use the other one as a nightstand. Stick more stuff in those drawers. You need more pin up space than you've got. I'd go get about four identical cork bulletin boards, butt them all up together to make one giant board space, and pin your stuff all over it. At least it would be off the desk. Get a tension rod (used for curtains), put it up in your closet opening with a simple lightweight drape on it. Find a great piece of art and put it over the bed.

Hi Bruno. Good decluttering advice above, but I don't think you will ever turn this into a space of great calm. Not if you work there and your desk habits are similar to mine. Nevertheless, do all you can, choosing from suggestions above, but for the art above the bed choose something cheerful that makes you feel good and ties in any colours you have in the room. I also suggest painting your "office" wall, which would underlines that it has a different function from the rest of the room, and create a kind of containing "frame" for any work clutter that develops there. Covering it with cork might also look good. Good luck.

PS Men frequently don't get that one of the best ways of making a bedroom look better is to make the bed ..... : )

    Hey people!
Thanx for every comment here. I am considering every single advice. Lemme explain something: as you said, I have a closet. So, for clothes its not a problem at all. The problem is inside the bedroom, cause now i have a big bed with few space.
As you guys can see, i have shelves on the entrance of the closet with a lot of books, and they take like 30cm of space. What i am thinking is, take the shelves off (so i have more 30cm free by the side of the bed in the way to the closet) and build them over the office desk.
I am definitely going to build something over the bed, but still thinking about what. Maybe a combination of closed and opened shelves, so that it does not accumulate that much powder. Under the last shelf, i am thinking to build a system with little lights so that i can read before sleep.
I unfortunately cant get rid of the books. Its medicine book and they cust a lot, and still used for consulting.
Ahh, in the entrance of the closet, i am really considerating to build that kind of doors that rools for the side. So this could become more private.
I have another picture of the space.

Check out the Sapien bookcases from Design Within Reach they are amazing space savers. Also agree you need to PURGE big time. Billy stuff from Ikea is great too some have doors.

Bruno, you mentioned storage above your bed in your last post, I would be very careful having anything heavy over your bed. Makes more sense to utilize any heavy storage elsewhere in your room and under your bed for safety reasons.

If your room is longer than wide, then use the space behind your bed. Just like the photo above with the grey couch surrounded by shelves. plan to mount a wall light on each side with a movable arm so you can read in bed if you want.
We are asking about the closet because if you make room, you can store some of the books in there that you do not need everyday. You do need more shelves at your desk as well.
can you measure the length and width of the room, it will help us help you.

yes, denita is right about safety, but use strong shelves with good supports and secure to the wall as well.

The desk wall is 3m wide. Every heavy stuff is goung to be there.
I dont have any space in the closet and inuse the storage under the bed for sheets.
