My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Koozies for cold beer.

    Lots of paper cocktail napkins & small plates to try to keep as much food as possible off the floor/couch/....

    Face it, football is mainly a guy thing & they don't give a flying rip.
