My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Have you tried Lantern & Scroll? (here is their Houzz link: http://www.houzz.com/pro/lanterns/lantern-scroll) I used them on a recent project and I think I saw similar fixtures there. They were awesome to work with, all USA made, and great prices. Cheers!
