Actually it's very professional! Designers get paid for their talent and resources - they shouldn't be expected to give everything to anyone for free. When you don't pay them they don't earn a living. The designer has been very generous with a great deal of information that took hours, days, weeks to pull together. If you want a spectacular space, hire the designer!
