My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the floor porcelain tile? If so, could you please give me manufacturer, color, etc? Thanks!

the floor is a fumed ash wood floor by Moffi.

The fumed ash looks great but if anyone is looking for a tile like this you might want to look at l'essence di Rex Ebano. They are totally amazing but a bit wrong at the same time. But I think that about all wood effect tile.
