Although I love the teardrop shape I think the other one would look better as a floor lamp

Frederique and Patricia, please check out the attached picture. It's a very large teardrop table lamp that could be used as a floor lamp as well. It measures close to 6 feet in height! I really think if the dimensions remain proportional, you can still achieve an attractive "teardrop" result.
