Need to turn one VERY dated disfunctional bathroom into separate ones

We live in a 1960s georgian style home. In between two of our upstairs bedrooms is one long bathroom with a closet/dressing area (with sink) and separate area with a bathtub and 1/2 walls (read: no shower) and 1 sink, 1 toilet and a bad linen closet.
We NEED two separate bathrooms in that same space. I'd prefer to keep the doors (both pocket doors) to each bedroom where they are AND I would prefer to keep the closet where it is as it is the only closet for the west side bedroom. The west side bath would be for our son and the east side, our daughter. I would be open to having a stand up shower in the west bathroom but would like a bathtub with shower in the east side.

The measurements are 94" wide (west to east) and 218" long (north to south - not including 34" of the closet at the north end). If we use the 34" additional length (for a total of 252" long) of the the closet, a clothes closet needs to be included in the west side bathroom. HELP!!!
