The test will be up against the granite. A white that is just off of "paper white" can still look STARK and cold up against any dark product. It is all about contrast. If you are seeing pink/beige or yellow (warm colours) in the white when compared to the paper...then move on...if you can afford it (both in expense and time to find another) If you are not seeing those colours, you probably won't see them with the granite next to it.

Of course the lighting in the kitchen, the direction the room faces and the type/amount of lighting chosen can change even the coldest colour to look warm/pink. Each is highly dependent on the other. Wall paint will have a massive influence on white. It all comes down to reflections, lighting source (a red sunset will cause west facing kitchen to turn pink...), paint, fixtures chosen and direction of the room.

Samples of all of them in the space, at the same time will help. Remember to view the samples under ALL times of day and night.

If this has distressed you, bring in a design expert to have a look at your project, situation, and colour choices. The few hundred dollars spent prior will save you tens of thousands in "redo's".

Or you can just go with BM White Dove or Cloud White, like half of the cabinets and bookshelves on Houzz. Seriously though, these are both shades that work particularly well on cabinetry and trim: not too yellow, not to pink, not too stark or bright.....
