My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I don't live in the Bay Area, but I do live in California, and I was able to design a pivot door like this one online with the Pivot Door Company and then they shipped it right to my house. If you want a pivot door exactly like this one, they could most likely build it - I would definitely check them out.
