Which way should my 12x24 tile go?

Just trying to figure out which way we should lay the 12x24 tiles in our Kitchen, dinning and entryway. It's one big area in the roughly in the shape of a question mark

Hi there,

We find that laying 12x24 tile in a brick pattern is very beautiful and reduces waste. You should consider brick pattern for this area.
