My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The countertops are soapstone. The floor was specified by the homeowner and installed by the general contractor and we don’t know all the resources…but we think it was new flooring wood that was hand-scraped to give it the look of reclaimed wood and then custom stained in a dark finish.
