My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      the treads are tile? how is that ferroker is 17x26 tile you r saying those tiles are cut and grouted on stairs to make treads?

      This is gorgeous staircase! The wood on the stairs seems like dark stained walnut to me. Just my 2c. Other material used as risers and side of the shelf on which the statue is placed, seems porcelanosa Ferroker tile as mentioned in one of the comments.

      Hi everybody! The flooring seen here is a Honed Basalt, while the brown material on the lower wall and risers is a Blackened Steel with a Wax Finish Coating provided by Metalistics. The wood used is a non-engineered, Quarter Sawn White Oak with a custom stain mixed by our office, Tyler Engle Architects. Hope this help!
