Bathroom lighting

We are giving our master bath a total renovation.
I'm using can lighting throughout. We will have two vanities each 4 ft. connecting to a 2 ft. Corner piece (L shaped with each side equal). Should I do a particular lighting by the vanities or is the can light above each sink okay? Sorry no photos to attach

Using just can lighting above each sink isn't really ideal because while the cans will provide light, they will not give you the softest and most flattering light possible. Adding sconces mounted on either side of the vanity mirror (or mirrors) is a good idea.
