Although I do not recall the exact size (this project was several years ago...) I would say it is approximately 18" judging by the faucet placement and spread. There are so many different sizes and shapes for stone vessels that it is better to map out on your vanity/counter-top the size that would best fit your situation. Keep in mind, if you're using plumbing out of the wall you'll want to be sure the faucet opening is the right height for your hands. If you are deck mounting your faucet be sure it is not only tall enough but you have sufficient space between the back of the vessel and the wall so the fixtures fit and are not "cramped" with look. Sometimes, when deck mounting a faucet, it looks good to "curve" the faucet handles and spout slightly with the same curve of the back of the vessel rather than drawing a straight line. In other words, pull the handles slightly forward of the spout on the left and right to follow the shape of the "bowl". I hope this helps.

Thank u sooooo much. We r buying a 16 inch round bowl like this and can't figure how long the spout should be or how high. If you would b so kind. What is your expert opinion? Sink is on a 22 inch deep counter.

Since I do not have the notes in front of me, I can only go off of my previous remarks at the top of the page showing it is approximately 18". However, it could be anywhere between 16-18". Please read my suggestions above regarding placement relative to the wall, faucet set, cabinet size, etc.
