Their are not any area rugs and not too many decorations. The foyer is a pretty open canvas to do with as we please. The front door is kind of a grand entrance... You can see the kitchen the upstairs and a room just to the left as you walk in. We were thinking of a blue color kind of in between a robin egg blue and an aqua... Green would be good also, we chose a green for the master bedroom.
