My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Here are a couple photos of the interior. It is located in Laguna Beach, CA. Sorry I don't know who the architect was.

    Here is what I found. This is a guest house to a main residence and built over 60 years ago. The current owner and past owner do not know who built it or have any info on the architect.
