I've taken several suggestions from my discussion on here 6 months ago to do some remodeling of our out dated house.

I'm so happy with the work going on right now, we are having a contractor do the work. If you would see the before photos, this is a great improvement.

This is the area we use the most...the kitchen and this family room is where we spend our time to relax and watch TV. Since everything is out of the room right now, in would like some ideas on furniture placement. The are still some issues I have with this room and the fireplace that we have blocked by the TV.

The furniture we have in the room is a recliner, a couch with attached ottoman, 2 side tables, 2 sofa tables, a small computer desk and a 2 chair kitchen table.

We knocked out a half wall where it isn't finished being painted yet, and we had the kitchen table on o e side and the computer desk on the other side. Now the wall is gone and I'm not sure how it will look now.

My husband is wanting to put the furniture back in this room tomorrow so the contractors can start work in the other rooms
