Is the roof glass? if not, product?

We are considering covering our deck without losing too much direct sunlight and are interested in glass or plastic panels that can let the most light in, that can also hold the load of snow (we live in Colorado), are easy to maintain (cleaning? breaking?)...Concern with plastic materials like Polygall is if it diffuses too much sunlight? and if it yellows/fades over time? Thank you for any help.

Velux skylights sure do add beauty to a room, don't they!?

Glass with loE coatings. Maybe triple glazed for your climate. Go bigger with aluminum pressure system skylight. Local might be a kawneer dealer?

Have you had any luck with your project? Curious as we are trying to figure out the same issue, but we live in Michigan. Would love to know if you have found a solution.
