My son is getting married and will soon be moving out. I want to make his bedroom into a craft room but still be able to use it as a guest bedroom if needed, perhaps with a single bed, trundle bed or daybed. My daughter may also want to use the room at times as a game room for her and her friends to play board games, or watch TV. There is a walk in closet, so with installing some extra shelving we should have ample space for much of the crafting supplies. The room is measures 13.5 ft x 14 ft with a 3ft x 3.6ft dormer area extending out the front wall and there is a window on the side wall. We do have plans to rip the carpet up and put down hardwood and get a rug on some kind. We want fun colors, but not too loud. Any ideas for decorating and design of this room?
