Beautiful, dramatic wall color! There's a few different ideas for that space, although if you could post additional photos of the room so we could see the overall color scheme, that would be helpful!

How about a very large (29x29) colorful clock? Or white shelves with family photos, accents and framed art? Or, one large piece of art that makes the wall even more dramatic? You may also want to consider track lighting on the ledge above the wall to showcase art or photos.

I would put some shelving up and display some pretty glassware and art as well. Put the shelves in a white or black to stand out. Even if you want to duplicate your wood floors it would look nice. You can incorporate a painting in the middle with shelves on the side. There are many patterns with shelves. If you like wine, you could have a small wine rack or cake plate. Just don't complicate it too much.

The Fuchsia orchid did it for me! Love the color against the walls and the white cabinets.

Gorgeous wall color! Can't be sure of your taste in art but I definitely see this an art wall, whether a featured larger horizontal piece, a tryptic perhaps, or a gallery of many framed black and white photos with black, white or wood frames to match the framed piece on the other side of the door opening. If you show me the art you have up I might be able to recommend art for the wall in question.

Since you already have a framed piece on an adjacent wall, I would go with something more sculptural on this one. Perhaps something metal and abstract to add interesting texture and play off the contemporary shape of the stools.

I meant to attach this photo which shows a wall with a somewhat similar color and a variety of elements: shelves, sculptural objects, photo gallery and paintings. I include this photo to show variety but would be more sparing with qty of items displayed.

Beautiful space. That new angle suggests a similar framed piece on the other side of the doorway. I would keep it simple and caution against wall shelves. Too much potential for crashing and breakage as people walk by, I'm afraid.

I love these ideas but I'm not sure artwork is enough to make the space not feel so empty. The door in the picture is the door we use to go in/out of the mudroom and garage, so I don't think shelving will work in the space. It just feels so bare.
