Very high ceilings; array of fixtures

Building out a dining room with 15 foot high, flat ceiling. Can I hang these in an array, maybe 5 or 6 along the length of the table; maybe at different heights? Is the light ouput for a dining room? Can it take LED bulbs?
Need to see underneath and closer, with the light on. What covers the bottom? How much light emanates from the sides?
