I just purchased an ikea vanity and my plumber said there isn't any issues yet. But he will finish install by next week will let u know if I come into any problems

I just installed an Ikea LILLÅNGEN sink. I purchased a Pfister (one hole) faucet which went in smoothly. But you have to use the Pfister drain (which also fit) and discard the LILLÅNGEN drain plumbing which will not fit a normal American drain pipe in a house that's older. Not the case sometimes, but my house is older with smaller drain pipes to the sewage piping. They sell generic American drains and piping at most hardware stores.

I will be installing another Ikea sink at some point and will have to do the same thing again.

But there are ways around this, you just need to be a little handy and like to get your hands dirty.

I am planning to buy this sink too. My question is, do I have to buy the base cabinet from Ikea? Or I can buy any base cabinet that would fit it?

we bought another Ikea sink also, the vanity park takes a little time to set up, as do all thinks from Ikea. But the plumber connected the sink. Its pretty easy comes with instructions.
