My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I just bought this exact buffet and it's particle board on the sides underneath the veneer. Is that one too? Front is solid though

    I asked the home owner and he said he didn't know. He bought it ages ago at a vintage shop and paid relatively little.

    I like what you did here...it's clean but not austere. You have enabled the client to "personalize" space with their lifestyle. A wise palette choice and "staging" with natural lighting...how can you miss. However, I am prejudiced in that I favor the pieces; fine art, collections, furnishings...nice job.
