My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The fan includes a short 3" downrod for 8 foot ceilings. Other downrod lengths are sold separately from 1 to 6 feet long in increments of 1 foot. If you purchase your fan through Houzz, you will need to contact us directly to add a different length downrod to your order.
