My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Answers to comments about fireplace and artwork

The fireplace mantle and hearth is solid limestone imported from France (not cast stone) and it was purchased from Walker Zanger. The name is called Chateau and it came in a variety of types of stone and finishes. This one happened to match the coloring of the flooring perfectly. The fireplace insert is made by Town & Country. The oil painting is by Ross Penhall from Vancover, B.C.
