Depth of range

How can you set this range so far back to be flush with the cabinets? We have been told that the ovens need to be clear of the cabinets for heat reasons.

The only clearance that is specified is that it is 5" from the top cooking surface to a combustible material. The specs for the oven can be found here: http://www.thermador.com/cooking/ranges/prd486gdhu-professional-series-48-inch-dualfuel-standarddepth-range-porcelain-rangetop

So this is (or similar to) the current Thermador Harmony range, not the Grand?
