My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello and thank you for asking about the windows.
    The windows are made by Paradigm. Surprisingly they are vinyl frames. We used them in this 2005 property development project mainly because of the special radius windows they offered. http://tatcor.com/house-renovations/#houserenovations Link to this project video. Those windows are well made but we normally use Andersen Windows and Kolble Windows.

    The key design strategy here was to make the extension jambs (covers wall thickness) and surrounds with wood on the inside. The outside trim was done with Azek composite boards.
    To allow air flow side windows are casements, while the transom windows are awning. To maintain the view of a beautiful crab apple/berry tree we left the center window fixed.
