My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would really love to know the answer to whether this compass rose was painted on or if it's a decal? If painted, how do you protect this? Another coat of poly on top?

    Find a compass design online or in a book. Enlarge to desired size; have floor installer or paint paint it for you then sealed with three coats of poly.
