I waxed my no wax ceramic tile! Please help!!

brand new house I got a shark sonic duo pro for my tile floors (I love it btw) it came with a small bottle of wax. I put it all over then buffed the floor. I looks TERRIBLE! when it dried there are streaks everywhere and it looks very dull and I can see white build up in the grout. Any advice is greatly appreciated!! first home. ......
