I love the bones of this great 70's home but the exterior is crying for an update. Only problem, is finding someone to see our vision. We would love to have a "coastal themed" house that incorporates the existing rock as well as adding stucco. Remove the mansard roof and pitching the roof. But what type of roof? shingle or metal? Would love any and all suggestions. This house sits on a beautiful lot but needs an update!
